FDI will exercise due diligence to prevent and detect criminal conduct and will promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law.

As an internal FDI policy, neither FDI nor any of its employees will encourage any gift or incentive as a basis for developing any business relationship. We will not accept any gift with a perceived value in excess of $20.00, or any gift of any value wherein the purpose of the gift is not defined or is any way questionable.

In addition, FDI will promote, encourage and enforce compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR's) which pertain to the Government acquisitions process. FAR 52.203-13 and its provisions are regularly disseminated to all levels of management and employees.
