Tracy Sohn, FDI's Quality System Administrator stated, "Our goal is to identify and recognize the best performers. We constantly monitor and annually review more than 4,500 OEM's, manufacturers, and suppliers for accuracy of materials received, purchase order volume, timely delivery, and FDI employee rankings for vendor cooperation. The commitment of these three suppliers and their employees to this program is nothing short of outstanding."
Ochoa says, "The accuracy of our suppliers is a critical enabling factor of FDI's mission success to the Department of Defense (DoD) to efficiently supply and support U.S. manufactured equipment which is fielded in foreign countries. In our performance spanning more than 25,000 U.S. Government contract awards, we have earned a reputation for being the most accurate high-volume supplier in the U.S. Military non-standard item support program, and ultimately that translates into mission success for the DoD and the U.S. taxpayers."
